How soon will you dispatch my order?

We do our best to dispatch orders placed and paid for by 2 pm on the same day. For other orders, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

How much does delivery cost?

Do you deliver outside Poland?

We deliver to European Union countries. Delivery takes 3–5 working days.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received for it within 3 working days, using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

What is your returns policy?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to return it, you have 14 days to send the product back. You pay the return postage.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Can I really return cosmetics that have been opened?

The right to withdraw does not apply to products supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Who pays for return postage?

For a standard return of cosmetics bought online in Poland—withdrawal from the purchase contract without giving a reason—the customer generally pays the return postage.

If the product does not conform to the contract, for example if you receive the wrong product or it is faulty or damaged, the seller covers the costs associated with the complaint.
