LUMIDOR PX Refine Cleansing Gel is an advanced, next-generation cleansing gel developed with innovative active ingredients that support skin health and balance from the daily cleansing stage onwards. The formula combines plant exosomes from Centella asiatica and Houttuynia cordata, salicylic acid (BHA), gluconolactone (PHA), D-panthenol and gentle plant-derived cleansing agents. This combination effectively removes makeup, excess sebum, sunscreen and impurities while caring for the skin’s natural hydrolipid barrier.
Plant exosomes support regenerative processes, soothe irritation and help restore skin comfort. Salicylic acid cleanses pores, reduces excess sebum and helps limit blackheads, while gluconolactone gently smooths the skin’s surface and supports hydration. Glycerin, arginine and gentle cleansing agents leave the complexion soft, fresh and thoroughly cleansed without tightness.
How to use
Apply a small amount to your hands, lather with water, gently massage the face, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Results with regular use
Skin becomes noticeably smoother and more radiant and regains its natural balance. Pores appear less visible, the complexion looks fresher, and the skin’s surface is better prepared to absorb active ingredients from subsequent skincare steps.

Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received for it within 3 working days, using the same payment method you used when placing the order.
What is your returns policy?
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return it, you have 14 days to send the product back. You pay the return postage.

Can I really return cosmetics that have been opened?
The right to withdraw does not apply to products supplied in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
Who pays for return postage?
For a standard return of cosmetics bought online in Poland—withdrawal from the purchase contract without giving a reason—the customer generally pays the return postage.
If the product does not conform to the contract, for example if you receive the wrong product or it is faulty or damaged, the seller covers the costs associated with the complaint.
